- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details entered at checkout are accurate
- AiNik Collection is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
- Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Please contact us within 3 days of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory to help us investigate and resolve the issue
