Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
To help us resolve issues quickly and fairly, we request customers to record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery.
The video should show:
- A 360° view of the sealed package
- The product clearly visible after opening
This helps us verify the issue and provide faster support.

- Share your order details along with the unboxing video
- Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
