Eligibility for Returns

Unboxing Video (Mandatory)

To help us resolve issues quickly and fairly, we request customers to record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery.
The video should show:

  • A 360° view of the sealed package
  • The product clearly visible after opening

This helps us verify the issue and provide faster support.

Return Process

  • Share your order details along with the unboxing video
  • Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
